Alternative Dispute Resolution

 The Practice

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is one of Barristers' Syndicate's core practices. Although Litigation may be a necessary component of a dispute resolution strategy, it is only one of the problem-solving tools we apply to resolve disputes.

Barristers' Syndicate provides services in virtually every area of dispute resolution. We are experienced in anticipating and managing substantial complexities, allowing us to present our clients with the best and most beneficial solutions for them.
ADR is a field that requires specialized training and experience - which is exactly what are counsels are equipped with.

The Syndicate is well experienced in the full range of arbitration, negotiation, mediation, conciliation and settlement techniques.
We advise clients on numerous dispute resolution routes for commercial law, civil law, corporate law, trade, competition law, labour and employment matters, economic offences etc.
We employ effective skills and initiative to identify propitious resolutions to reduce maximum risks and litigation prospects for our clients.

We respect the privacy, flexibility, cost-effectiveness and relative speed that our clients expect through the route of ADR.
Our counsels have represented clients in extremely complex dispute resolution matters including negotiation of high-stake projects - both domestic and international.
