Adv. Philip Matthew enrolled as an Advocate in 1983 with his pilot practice as a junior in the office of M/S B.S Krishnan & Associates. He subsequently shifted to the chambers of Late Justice Varghese Kalliath as his junior.
In 1989, Adv. Philip began his independent practice along with Adv. K.M Joseph, who is at present a judge in the Supreme Court of India.
From 2000 to 2003, he worked as a Central Government Standing Counsel (Commercial Cases) at the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka.
From 2009 to 2012, he was appointed as Central Government Counsel at the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala.
Adv. Philip is a leading lawyer in Company Matters before the High Court and National Company Law Tribunal. He has advised and conducted litigation for major corporates and has more than 35 years of experience in the same field.
